You may slip a plastic bag over each foot to reduce friction and help slide the latex on more easily.
- Dressing and undressing steps Start from the feet. Insert one leg into the latex suit, then the other.
Adjust the length according to your leg, leaving a few inches of slack at the ankles.
Pull the shoulder section upward appropriately to leave more room for movement while making sure the suit is not overly tight.
